Style mode feedback

  • I thought those nodes were for transformation like scaling and rotating, but they’re not doing anything. I’m not sure what are they for, so I’m not sure if it’s a bug or just a missed feature.

Here I’d be able to scale the chart so that my small circles wouldn’t be cramped

I’d definitely scale down this one because my axis labels aren’t readable.

  • I like that there are Undo and Redo buttons. ⌘ + ⇧ + Z works well, however ⌘ + Z is a bit buggy

  • It would be cool to have more typography styling features (maybe it’s already planned)

  • Labels are not visible sometimes, I dunno why:

Thank you for the detailed feedback, @okami!

Styling mode is very much “in progress”, so a lot of things are more placeholders than actual features at this point.

Marker labels are set to appear if the total number of markers is under a set value. We’ll add a more sophisticated logic and the option to turn them back on later.
You can only turn them off right now.

What was your problem with Undo (⌘ + Z)

When I hit cmd + Z I suddenly jumped to another open tab in my browser (latest Safari), then I went back to the Vizzu tab and the keyboard shortcut did work there too. I tried it another time thinking I did something wrong but the same thing happened. It seemed to me that the shortcut simultaniously does it’s thing in the Vizzu app but also in the browser. That’s the only explanation I can think of. The redo shortcut works perfectly.

Interesting! Thx for the additional details.
