Creating your first chart could be more intuitive

The first part of creating a chart, putting categories and quantities could be more intuitive. I was a bit confused at first. I’d make it more clear for the users that you can drag and drop. But it would be also cool to provide other ways out of accessibility reasons.

We agree that this part could be more intuitive, and we plan to improve the user experience at these crucial initial steps.

Right now, you already have multiple options to create your first chart:

  1. Click on the name of any of your data series listed on the left side
  2. Drag-and-drop any of the data series on the channel icons on the left side of the main chart
  3. Drag-and-drop any of the data series on the main chart - effectively doing the same as option 1.
